RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be fully satisfied with your order. However, if you wish to make a return, please review the following conditions.
Upon delivery, you must inspect all items immediately.
If damage or defect is found, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
1. Photographs of the product from all angles showing the damage or defect
2. Photographs of packaging (inner & outer)
3. A description of the damage/defect
4. Order number and date of delivery
Failure to provide timely notification may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Return fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is shipped from a different economic zone, customs duties or other import taxes may apply and will also be borne by the customer.

Product condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. If a returned item is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or to refuse the refund altogether, depending on the condition of the item upon receipt.

Shipping deadline: Once the return label has been provided, the package must be shipped within 7 calendar days. After this period, the return may be refused.

Shipping costs : If any shipping fees were paid to receive the item being returned, please note that these shipping costs are non-refundable.
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Please note that the return policy for each item is mentioned at the bottom of the product page.
Please be aware that if you have paid customs duties to receive your package and are seeking a refund for those charges, this must be handled directly with the carrier or your local tax authority. Neither Katia Langeard nor the seller is able to refund customs fees.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created for your order, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. In this particular case, you must inform us within 72h after receiving your order.
We are unable to accept returns of sale items.
Please be careful when unpacking your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
